ONGOING ENGINEERING SUPPORT

Beyond the launch.
Alongside your team.

Keep your software and infrastructure moving forward with planned improvements, practical maintenance and clear ownership.

Keep the knowledge.
Keep making progress.

Systems continue to change after a project ends. New requirements, dependency updates and operational problems need attention from people who understand the context.

We work with your team on an agreed part of that responsibility, making room for planned improvements as well as the work needed to keep things dependable.

AN AGREED PART OF THE RESPONSIBILITY

Useful capacity.
Clear boundaries.

01

Planned improvements

Maintain a prioritized backlog, reserve appropriate engineering time and deliver changes in reviewable steps.

02

Maintenance

Review dependencies and operational routines, address technical debt and keep knowledge current.

03

Troubleshooting

Investigate application, database and infrastructure issues within an agreed scope and escalation process.

04

Knowledge and handover

Maintain useful documentation, record decisions and reduce reliance on undocumented individual knowledge.

Agree the service.
Then depend on it.

We define the system boundary, access, capacity, support window, priorities and escalation responsibilities before starting.

  • Separate response expectations from resolution commitments.
  • Agree how incidents affect planned engineering work.
  • Review the backlog and service scope as needs change.
  • Plan an orderly handover if the engagement ends.

Monitoring does not imply staffed 24/7 coverage. Emergency availability and any service commitments must be agreed explicitly.
